The perfect curve. It'll stay curved forever and you won't have to constantly keep bending it. I do all my caps this way, have since high school 20 years ago lol! I find sometimes it cools and straightens a little so I just do it again. My old technique and one I still use on tighter caps : use a hair dryer on the buckram and sweatband, then put the cap on your head and lightly start bending the brim.

Search this thread. Are you not supposed to curve the new New Era caps? I'm talking about the new New Era caps that are the same as the ones players wear on the field. I noticed that it features some new material and the bottom of the brim is all black instead of the usual grey. It appears that the style these stays is straight brim. The old ones weren't that easy to bend, but I'm thinking the new ones are probably much harder. There's really no need to add any more curve to the hat as it's pre-curved already.

The ones I saw looked like they had a straight brim. The batting practice ones had a pre-curve. Unless I'm mistaken, the batting practice ones are the ones with holes. Heatware: spikyazn
