Thanks Holidays inn for a wonderful stay for us that made our makkah journey memorable. We had 2 days initial booking as we were not familiar with hotel before. After checking in and staying for 2 days we extended our booking upto 8 days. Front Staff is very cooperative specially Mr. All other staff was also cooperative. The management is quite polite and will respond to your queries.

Only problem is the size of washroom shower which is a bit short especially to accommodate a fatty person. Otherwise, it is a good choice and market is also nearby. So Avoid going by your own car. The hotel was quite away from Haram.. However the timely shuttle service provided by the hotel took about 10 mins to reach there.. Hotel management needs to upgrade its restaurant for lunch and dinner also.. I liked the place which was near to Al Haram, restaurants, and quiet. Yes the rooms little small but it is fine.

Value for money and good breakfast,location and the egyptian manager is very good in handling customers. Reception staffs communication is poor and dont have customer service skills. My stay in Jaad Al Mahbas was excellent except the hotel transportation. I have witnessed several incedents of humiliating the visitors of Allah's house and dealing with the old men and women who are hardly can climb up the stairs of the bus.

The causer of all these incedents was a man called Ibrahim and his wife. He used to shout on people and check on their hotel card He used to shout on people and check on their hotel cards in a very disrespectful way. Once, I asked him: "who are you and in what capacity you are checking on people, shouting and insulting them". He replied "I am the hotel manager and I have the right to check on people as I hired the bus and payed alot of money for that".

I told him " No way you are the hotel manager and you have no right to insult Allah Guests. If you are the manager you should help and respect those old people and facilitate their worship seeking Allah's rewards". He started shouting on me and then people interfer to stop the argument. I have followed up and asked about this guy to find out that he was lier. He is not the manager of the hotel but a coordinator of a group of visitors who are staying in the hotel.

In another incedent, I witnessed his wife prevent people from getting into the bus and left all people outside the bus for a while asking to show her the hotel ID's of people. I felt very bad to see a blind man standing in front of the bus step waiting while she was shouting on all people. It is very sad to see people who are coming from all parts of the world to enjoy the spirit of Islam insulted by a person who is not in charge of anything in the hotel. Especially when you know that most of visitors are old people.

So, I wish that the hotel management follow up this matter and enhance the transportation aspect as it affects the hotel reputation. No hotel car parking. It was a nice stay. Bus service for Haram was good that compensated for the location.

Al-Baik is nearby for good quality food at cheap rates. Staff was friendly. Transport to and from haram is easy Taxi cost around 10 riyal depending on season And after most Salah they is a free bus available for the trip back. The hotel is located in Aziziya South. There is a bus which goes near Haram 30 minutes before prayer never used. One can easily find a taxi to go to Haram. Nice facilities like Hair dryer, coffee, Electric kettle.

We stayed three days and they did not clean the room. They should clean every day I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The fees charged at the hotel was one of the cheapest in Mecca. The hotel is located at the major road in Aziziya making it easy to find. The local mosque is adjacent to the hotel's entrance while closeness to Al-baik resturant and Al-Noori superstore provides comfort for visitors.
